任 尧,博士,博士后,副教授,硕士生导师,食品工程系副系主任,负责科研和研究生工作,主要从事食品安全与功能方面工作,长期致力食源性病原微生物的快速精准分析,功能肽的制备与自组装体系构建。主持国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士后面上基金项目、四川省自然科学基金、省科技厅重点项目和成都市基础应用项目及企业合作项目20多项。在国际重要SCI学术刊物发表论文50余篇,中科院1区30余篇,作为Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry ACS Sensors等国际学术期刊特邀审稿人,授权国家发明专利20多项,主编和参编教材著作5部。
